Dual Monitors of Amazingness

I have dual monitors and I think I'm gonna cry because it's just that freaking awesome.

Edit: Also, I think this should probably be in Computers/Electronics but whatever.

My netbook does multiple monitors too, as does the 10-year-old pornobox in my basement. Christopher Mitchell at Cemetech has a rig with 4 independent monitors, now THAT is so awesome one could cry.

Had dual monitors, lost too much performance in games because of it, never used again.

If I get a real nice ATI card I might go tri-monitor at some point

Dual monitors is pretty cool on a netbook, because you have two different-sized screens at different heights and different angles, so it feels like a rig from The Matrix.

Yeah it did slow down my CAD programs quite a bit, but it was great for internet browsing and manipulating mods.

dual monitors means twice as much vid ram and twice as much processing
so yeah its gonna slow your shit down

Unless you have an awesome computer like Christopher Mitchell, then it helps because you can do more.
