Anybody know how the fuck I would go about removing a very, very small triangle-shaped screw? I tried taking a picture but I lack a decent camera so taking a picture of something this small is very difficult.

any ideas? more specifically where the fuck could I go about finding a triangle screwdriver

also it's like .45 cm in diameter

Sounds like you need some security bits. Go to your local hardware store.
